More about your role: We are looking to recruit a Deputy General Manager on a permanent basis. You will ensure excellent delivery of service whilst achieving company budgetary targets. You will ensure excellent customer experience for residents and visitors at all times whilst maintaining all aspects of health and safety compliance.
More about you: The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and have led teams. The ability to liaise with stakeholders at different levels is also desired. Experience within hospitality is also advantageous. In addition, you will possess excellent customer service skills and have strong analytical skills. This role is based at Stow In the Wold Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work. At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, an enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this position.
Experience / Skills: The successful candidate will have:
- A proven track record of leading managing teams
- Experience within the hospitality sector (or equivalent e.g. Leisure or Hotels)
- Knowledge / experience of the recruitment process
- Knowledge of IT systems such as MS Word or Excel
- Proven stakeholder engagement
