About the Role Brio Leisure is seeking to appoint a Technology Support Engineer to join the Technology team, based at Head Office, Brio Northgate.
The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across Brio Leisure s seven sites within the Cheshire West and Chester borough.
This hybrid role will include both remote support and on-site support, working across a range of systems and services including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Windows devices, networking, telephony, business applications, collaboration tools and the Gladstone leisure management system.
The postholder will assist with day-to-day technical support, user account administration, device management, cyber security activity, digital transformation, service improvements and technology projects.
Regular travel between sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues across Brio Leisure, including remote and on-site support, ensuring incidents and service requests are managed effectively.
Travel between Brio Leisure sites within the Cheshire West and Chester borough to provide on-site technical support where required.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Microsoft 365, Windows devices, networking, telephony, meeting room technology, business systems and the Gladstone leisure management system.
