Brio Leisure centres are community fitness hubs where anyone and everyone can get active, whether it’s in the gym, swimming pool, a fitness class or playing racquet sports. We are looking for motivating Fitness Class Instructors to join our amazing team of talented, passionate, and committed people. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you’ll be providing expert, group exercise classes to an excellent standard, supporting our members to take part in class exercise in a safe and fun way. You will be a part of the Brio leisure team which helps create a fun, lively and creative atmosphere for members.
We are specifically looking for instructors who are qualified in the following: Bodyattack, Bodycombat, Bodypump, Indoor Cycling, Zumba/Dance, Body conditioning, Pilates & Aquafit. We would also welcome applications from instructors who teach other class types.
To be a Fitness Class Instructor, you’ll ideally need:
- A recognised fitness class qualification.
- Experience in delivering to small and large fitness classes.
- A friendly nature and excellent communication skills, to be able to motivate members to achieve their fitness goals.
- To be able to provide excellent, safe group exercise classes and encourage members of all abilities to take part.
- To help create an environment where all team members enjoy themselves whilst at work and make a real contribution to the success of the centre/s and the business as a whole.
