Brio Leisure is your local community hub for fun and fitness, and we’re looking for a Receptionist to join the team! We pride ourselves on never forgetting a face, and we want everyone to get a warm welcome when they step through our door!

Our ideal candidate will be someone with superb communication skills and a real passion for customer service. As a Receptionist, you’ll be taking bookings, dealing with customer enquiries and helping out with administrative information for the centre. You’ll also be the first port of call for new visitors looking to get active with us, and will be selling and setting up fitness memberships, as well as giving tours of the centre.

Responsibilities
  • Take bookings and manage customer enquiries.
  • Handle administrative tasks for the centre.
  • Serve as first point of contact for new visitors and facilitate fitness membership sales and setups.
  • Provide tours of the centre.
