Brio Leisure is seeking a Health Referral Advisor to support residents across Cheshire West and Chester, helping them access wellbeing programmes such as smoking cessation, weight management and falls prevention.
You will be the first point of contact, delivering a compassionate, person-centred service and safeguarding our inclusive values.
The role is 25 hours per week, hybrid with a fixed-term contract to 31 October 2027, salary grade 5 (£17,560 per annum), with a Friday office day.
