Make a difference and open doors to a career in a fun, vibrant industry as a Leisure Attendant!
Brio Leisure centres are community fitness hubs where anyone and everyone can get active, whether it’s in the gym, swimming pool, a fitness class or playing racquet sports. Leisure Attendants are the friendly faces in yellow and red that you see around the building, and we’re looking for new people to join the team and help keep the centres running smoothly.
As a Leisure Attendant, you’ll be supervising our customers in the swimming pool and all other areas of the centre, ensuring their safety and using your lifesaving skills to rescue swimmers in difficulty. Away from the pool, you’ll be setting up and taking down sports equipment as required for events. You’ll also be answering customer queries and directing them around the building, so a friendly nature and good communication skills are important!

- The ability to work within a rota
Rewards and benefits:
- Free uniform & DBS check (if required).
- Internal health checks for over 40’s
- Receive a thorough company and local induction.

- Enjoy discounts on food and drink at our on-site café during working hours.
