We’re looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Events Attendant to join our team at Brio Civic Hall – a vibrant venue hosting everything from live entertainment to community events. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring every event runs smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Bringing events to life by setting up and preparing spaces to meet customer needs
  • Supporting the delivery of events and ensuring a great experience for visitors
  • Operating staging, seating and specialist equipment
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the venue
  • Helping keep the building safe and secure, including opening and closing

This role offers variable working hours that change each week, depending on the events programme. You’ll be required to work evenings, weekends and other unsocial hours on a rota basis.

Relief Events Supervisor opportunity:

  • Taking on keyholder responsibilities
  • Supporting bar and event supervision and operations
  • Occasional lone working

You’ll receive an enhanced (upper) rate of pay when undertaking these duties.
