Test Manager 600- 650/day | Inside IR35 | Until March 2027 | 3 Days/Week On-site in Leeds | Immediate Start We re looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality assurance across a large-scale digital transformation programme.
You ll be responsible for defining the overall testing strategy, leading a team of Quality Engineers, and ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the overall test strategy across multiple workstreams.
Lead, mentor and develop a team of Quality Engineers.
Drive the adoption of test automation, with a strong focus on Playwright.
Establish testing standards, processes, KPIs and quality metrics.
Oversee test planning, execution, defect management and reporting.
Work closely with engineering, product and delivery teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of development.
Identify risks, remove blockers and continuously improve testing practices.
Provide regular reporting and quality insights to senior stakeholders.
