About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Solutions Sales Manager to join our Consultancy Client, to drive business growth by developing and selling workforce solutions to clients. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with a strong background in recruitment, staffing, outplacement, or workforce development, who can build lasting relationships with businesses seeking skilled professionals.

You will play a key role in expanding our market presence, selling tailored talent solutions, and ensuring the successful placement of candidates in industries such as Automation, AI and RPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales – Identify and secure new clients looking for skilled professionals in automation, AI, and related fields.
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR teams, and business leaders.
  • Talent Solutions Delivery – Promote and sell recruitment, contract staffing, and workforce solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Recruitment & Outplacement Support – Work closely with internal teams to match skilled candidates with client requirements.
  • Market Expansion – Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market reach, and client engagement.
  • Industry & Market Research – Stay informed on industry trends, emerging skills, and workforce demands to provide consultative insights to clients.
  • Collaboration & Partnerships – Work with training providers, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to enhance talent pipelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the recruitment, workforce solutions, or talent acquisition industry.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, client management, and securing new business.
  • Experience in selling recruitment services, staffing solutions, training programmes, or outplacement services.
  • Familiarity with technology recruitment (e.g. AI, automation, RPA) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and execute them effectively.
