Role; User Researcher Duration; End of March 2025 Rate; £500/day Inside Ir35 Location; Remote (occasional travel to Leeds) Sector; Public Health In this User Researcher contract role, you’ll: Uncover the voice of users: Design and conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand the needs, challenges, and experiences of healthcare professionals and patients. Be the champion of human-centred design: Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights for our product and design teams. Collaborate with a dynamic team: Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure user voices are heard and addressed throughout development. Drive impact, fast: This is a fast-paced environment where your contributions will directly influence the product roadmap and impact real people’s lives. The Ideal User Researcher Candidate: Proven experience as a User Researcher, ideally within the health tech or public sector domain. A strong understanding of GDS principles and the public sector user research landscape. Expertly skilled in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis. A clear, concise communicator who can present research findings to diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects while collaborating effectively within a team.
