About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the applications meet performance expectations. You will work closely with developers, architects, and business analysts to provide insights that improve system scalability and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts.
  • Analyse system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
  • Monitor application performance and generate detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure performance issues are resolved.
  • Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments.
  • Implement best practices for performance testing and optimisation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance testing and engineering.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, NeoLoad).
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Understanding of system architecture, databases, and cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, New Relic, Dynatrace).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
