Are you an experienced CRM Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to shape digital transformation in a dynamic organisation? We are seeking a talented individual to take the lead in developing and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to improve business processes, enhance user experience, and drive efficiency across our organisation.

About the Role:

As a CRM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimising applications that support both staff and students. Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyse requirements, implement technical solutions, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our digital platforms. You will be responsible for enhancing the applicant experience, improving key business processes, and integrating innovative technology solutions to support our ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM development process, including code control, software development lifecycle, and deployment of updates.
  • Design, develop, and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including workflows, plugins, and integrations.
  • Configure and maintain CRM modules to align with business needs and enhance usability.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft updates and features to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Provide end-user training and technical support to ensure effective use of CRM solutions.
  • Manage third-party supplier relationships and system integrations.
  • Implement security measures to ensure data protection and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide valuable insights into business performance.
  • Maintain and enhance bespoke .NET applications integrated with the CRM system.
  • Utilise web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to enhance CRM web-based solutions.
  • Support the transition of reporting and dashboards to Power BI for enhanced data analysis.

About You:

We are looking for a proactive and innovative CRM Developer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, including customisation, configuration, and integration.
  • Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and CRM-related development tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, FetchXML, and data integration techniques.
  • Understanding of security best practices and data protection regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
