Brio Digital are supporting a HealthTech consultancy that requires an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across an ongoing NHS Electronic Patient Record (EPR) transformation programme.
What You'll Do
- Oversee endâtoâend delivery of EPR implementation and enhancement projects (ideally Rio or similar systems)
- Manage multiple workstreams across technical, clinical, and operational teams
- Engage senior NHS stakeholders, clinicians, and suppliers to align delivery priorities
- Maintain governance, RAID logs, and delivery reporting to programme leadership
- Drive timelines, resource planning, and issue resolution in a fastâpaced environment
- Ensure compliance with data security, information governance, and clinical safety standards
- Support continuous improvement of project delivery methods and communication
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience delivering NHS or healthcare IT projects (EPR, PAS, or clinical systems)
- Strong background managing digital transformation or system rollout initiatives
- Understanding of EPR workflows and NHS governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Proficiency with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Strong reporting, documentation, and communication capability
- Familiarity with PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid delivery environments
Nice-to-Have
- Handsâon experience with Rio EPR (or similar, e.g. Cerner, EMIS, SystmOne)
- Experience coordinating integrations or data migrations between NHS systems
- Previous work with HealthTech consultancies or delivery partners
- Understanding of interoperability and FHIR standards
