Overview
We're looking for a Business Relationship Manager with strong NHS digital transformation experience to join a fast-moving programme. This role sits at the intersection of delivery and stakeholder management, so you'll need to be comfortable building relationships across the business while driving change and benefits realisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key relationship point between the programme and business stakeholders
- Manage delivery activities, ensuring alignment between business needs and programme outputs
- Lead on benefit management, tracking and reporting realisation against planned outcomes
- Drive change management activities, supporting stakeholders through transitions
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across NHS stakeholders at various levels
- Identify risks and issues early, working with delivery teams to resolve them
- Communicate progress, benefits and change impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in business relationship management within NHS digital transformation programmes
- Strong delivery background, comfortable working across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Hands-on experience with benefit management and change management (must have)
- Confident communicator, able to manage relationships at all levels
- Available to start ASAP
- Comfortable working remotely with occasional travel to London

- Experience working across multiple NHS trusts or national programmes
