Brio Digital is growing, and we are looking for experienced 360 OR 180 (SALES) Technology Recruitment Consultants to own and scale their own desk within a specialist tech market. This is a Business Development role.
This is a role for someone who enjoys full ownership over business development, delivery, and long-term client relationships—with support from robust systems, teamwork, and a clear progression framework.
Brio Digital is a rapidly growing international tech recruitment agency working with clients across the UK, Europe, and the Americas. We support clients hiring across Software Engineering, Cloud, Product and Test. We are working towards an EOT, and this is the time to join an exciting journey.
The role includes:
- End-to-end 360 recruitment within your own niche
- Proactive new business development (email, LinkedIn, phone, events)
- Building repeat, long-term client relationships
- Delivering high-quality candidate shortlists and placements
- Using workflows and automation to stay organised and scalable
