Brio Digital are supporting a consultancy partner who are seeking an experienced Supplier / Delivery Manager to support a major NHS programme.
Location: Leeds (situational / on-site as required)

This role combines supplier management, delivery oversight, governance, and stakeholder coordination across a complex NHS environment. The role is responsible for ensuring strong performance, value for money, and effective delivery from IT suppliers, working closely with colleagues across various teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee IT supplier relationships, ensuring contractual obligations, service levels, and performance targets are met.
- Lead delivery activities related to risk calculation services.
- Establish and maintain clear governance frameworks, ensuring delivery progress is transparent and aligned to agreed objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Act as a central point of coordination between Primary Care, commercial, legal, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and shared understanding.
- Chair and facilitate regular supplier and stakeholder forums to review performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting timely resolution and escalation where required.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies and regulations, including procurement, data protection, and risk management standards.
- Provide clear reporting and assurance to senior stakeholders on delivery progress and supplier performance.
