We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to support a high-impact programme within the NHS. This role will focus on driving Agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful outcomes in a complex, regulated healthcare environment.

You will play a key role in aligning stakeholders, removing delivery blockers, and embedding best practice Agile ways of working across teams.

  • Lead end-to-end delivery across one or more Agile teams within an NHS programme
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and showcases
  • Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth and consistent delivery
  • Track progress against milestones, managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team performance

Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in Agile environments:

  • Demonstrable experience delivering digital or transformation programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines in complex environments
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience working with NHS Digital, ICSs, or central government bodies
  • Relevant Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.)
