Location: London / Remote – Occasional travel on-site

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CyberArk SME to provide subject matter expertise in the implementation, configuration, and management of privileged access management solutions within a Central Government environment. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, security teams, and technical architects to ensure the effective deployment and operation of CyberArk solutions, aligning with government security policies and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for CyberArk , providing technical leadership and guidance across projects.
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Ensure CyberArk solutions align with government security frameworks, compliance policies, and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate CyberArk into the organisation’s security ecosystem.
- Provide expertise in troubleshooting, incident response, and ongoing maintenance of CyberArk environments.
- Support audits, risk assessments, and security reviews related to CyberArk operations.
- Develop documentation, best practices, and training materials to upskill internal teams.
- Engage with third-party suppliers and vendors to ensure effective CyberArk implementation and support.
Minimum Requirements
- Extensive experience as a CyberArk SME , with proven hands-on expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Experience working within Central Government or the public sector .
- Strong understanding of government security frameworks, compliance, and risk management .
- Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing CyberArk solutions in secure and highly regulated environments .
- Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and security operations related to CyberArk.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in working with SC Cleared environments and managing security-sensitive projects.
- Relevant CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry, or Guardian).
- Experience integrating CyberArk with cloud environments and IAM solutions .
- Experience with third-party supplier and vendor management .
