A leading, purpose-driven consulting firm is seeking a senior leader to join its Digital, Data & AI team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformation across some of the UK’s most complex public and private sector organisations. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic leader to step into a high-impact role, with significant ownership across client delivery, sales, team leadership, and capability development.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation engagements
- Shape and define digital and AI strategies that align with business objectives
- Drive business development, leveraging your network to secure new opportunities (target: £500k+ personally attributable sales per year)
- Support the career development and coaching of junior and mid-level consultants
- Operate across advisory, product, and delivery disciplines to solve complex transformation challenges
- Contribute to internal propositions, thought leadership, and cross-sector go-to-market initiatives
Experience Required
- You’ll likely bring: 15+ years of experience in consulting or complex tech-enabled transformation
- Proven ability to operate at CxO level and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- A demonstrable track record of personal sales and business development
- Depth in at least two of the following areas: Digital and AI strategy, Agile product leadership, Data and AI delivery, Cloud & platform modernisation, Enterprise architecture and transformation
