As our Progression Plus Advisor you will:
- Provide vital careers information, advice, and guidance to students.
- Support students in their progression into higher education, employment, apprenticeships and more. - Work with a wide variety of stakeholders both within the college community and amongst local businesses to facilitate work experience and support national and local initiatives.

What you will bring to the role:
- Experience providing advice advice and guidance to students within an educational setting on a 1:1 and group basis.
- Proven customer service and organisational skills. - Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people at all levels (both verbal and written).
