As our Pastoral Support Tutor, you will
- Providepastoral and academic support to ourfull-timelearners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of thetutorialprogramme
- Support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they havea fulfilling experience
- Understand the different support needs required for diverse cohorts of students

- Experience of supporting students in a pastoral or curriculum role
- Experience of target setting
