Senior AP / Producer – Hospital Obs-Doc Series
We are looking for an experienced Senior AP or Producer to join our team working across our hospital observational documentary content (series). The role will support the Series Producer and will have a particular focus on compliance, legal, contributor care, welfare, casting, and production support. This is primarily an office-based role, with regular travel to our various hospital filming locations to check in with the production team, hospital staff and contributors, ensuring everyone is well supported and that production is running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Series Producer across day-to-day production
- Managing compliance and legal requirements
- Contributor care, welfare checks and ongoing communication
- Supporting casting and contributor relationships
- Liaising with hospital staff and production teams
- Visiting filming locations and supporting the team on the ground
We’re looking for someone experienced in observational documentary production, who is organised, proactive, calm under pressure, enjoys building relationships, and confident working with contributors and sensitive subject matter.
