We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic ATM Managed Services (AMS) Business Development Regional Director to join our Global ATM team. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving growth in the ATM Managed Services business across the Northern Europe Market Unit countries, contributing directly to Brink’s strategic goals. You will operate as a Subject Matter Expert, partnering with country leaders to identify, pursue, and close large-scale opportunities in ATM outsourcing and retail (IAD) deployments in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Team: Individual contributor role, highly collaborative across Market Units, Country GMs, and Sales Leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute business plans and strategies to expand ATM Managed Services (AMS) across Northern Europe market unit countries. Drive regional growth through consultative, solution-based selling aligned to Brink’s value proposition for both Financial Institutions and Retailers. Accountable for achieving regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build effective business development partnerships with Market Unit leaders, Country GMs, Sales teams, and functional experts in finance and product. Act as a trusted Subject Matter Expert on ATM outsourcing, IAD deployments, and market trends. Lead customer engagement from opportunity identification through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Performance Metrics & Accountability: Deliver against revenue goals, pipeline targets, and successful contract closures. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty across markets. Track, report, and communicate business performance progress regularly.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Provide insight into market trends, competitor landscape, and evolving technologies to shape Brink’s offerings. Collaborate with global and regional teams to refine commercial models and technical solutions. Continuously optimize the sales cycle, ensuring efficiency and best-in-class execution in complex sales environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in ATM Outsourcing / Managed Services (domestic and/or international).
  • Proven track record in developing and closing large, complex ATM Managed Services deals.
  • Strong expertise in B2B, solution-based sales and consultative selling.
  • Experience working across multi-country, cross-cultural environments.
  • Industry acumen: deep understanding of ATM networks, card schemes, outsourcing models, and the payments ecosystem.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills (English required; multi-lingual preferred).
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with perseverance and resilience in complex, competitive environments.
