We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you’ll act as a key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams, using data and insight to continuously improve performance and meet contractual commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer orders, service requests, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
