The Opportunity: Information Assurance Administrator. We are excited to announce a new role within our Information Assurance Team. This is a permanent, full‐time position, offering 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Plus, we offer remote, hybrid and flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.
As an Information Assurance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our audit processes, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001 and Sarbanes Oxley. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping departmental policies and administrative processes up‐to‐date and accurate.
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of various documents.
- Managing document logs and spreadsheets.
- Providing both ad‐hoc and ongoing project administration support.
- Undertaking other general administrative duties as directed by management.
- Supporting Supplier management processes.
- Performing Due Diligence checks on customers and suppliers.

Who You Are: We are looking for someone with a keen interest in information security and its impact on financial services. Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have:
