The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded leader to define and drive our global commercial strategy across ATM lifecycle services. This is a high-impact role, focused on growing existing revenue streams, expanding into new markets, and evolving our offering in line with customer demand. You'll play a key role in shaping how we position and deliver end-to-end ATM solutions, while building long-term partnerships with global customers. Working across a matrix organisation, you'll collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Brink's ATM Managed Services (AMS) network to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and execute the global commercial strategy for ATM lifecycle services, driving growth across markets and service lines
- Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities across refurbishment, repair, and managed services
- Lead the transition toward solution-led, long-term customer partnerships
- Own key accounts and drive pipeline growth, including major bids and outsourcing opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships across the ATM ecosystem and align with Brink's AMS network
- Ensure strong commercial performance through effective pricing, contracts, and governance
- Align commercial commitments with operational delivery, customer value, and margin performance
- Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development leadership role within a technical services, engineering, or asset lifecycle environment
- Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing complex, service-led commercial models
- Experience working with enterprise clients such as banks, financial institutions, or infrastructure operators
- Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, and contract performance
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating in international or multi‑region environments
