We are looking for 1 accomplished and dynamic person to join Europe's Product team in UK or Ireland. As an expert on DRS Solutions within your region, you will ensure alignment between local needs and global product strategy. With deep product knowledge and understanding of the local market, you will act as the primary contact between local teams and the global product organization. The role involves translating market requirements into actionable insights, facilitating communication and feedback between teams, and guiding the product through its lifecycle to ensure successful execution and continuous improvement in line with both local and global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Expertise and Market Alignment: Serve as the subject matter expert on DRS solutions, ensuring the product is tailored to meet local market needs, regulations, and customer requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between local teams and the global product organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals, priorities, and product strategy.
- Market Insights & Requirements Translation: Gather, analyze, and translate market-specific insights, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements into actionable product specifications and improvements for the global product team.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Guide the product through its lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation, continuous optimization, and alignment with both global product strategy and local market needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Feedback: Facilitate regular feedback loops between local and global teams, driving collaboration, identifying challenges, and ensuring product adaptations and improvements are communicated and addressed.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor product performance in the market, track key metrics, and provide regular updates and recommendations to both local and global teams for product optimization and market growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
