We’re looking for a Client Success Coordinator to play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer orders, service requests, and day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries, building strong, professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying risks and driving actions to maintain high performance standards.
