We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented ATM Service Engineer to join our dedicated operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our customers. Responsibilities
- Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
- Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.
Requirements
- Field Service Engineering background; experience on ATMs would be desirable.
- Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
- No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.
