The Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing our nationwide ATM network, ensuring maximum uptime and exceptional service for our customers. Working independently in the field, you'll combine technical expertise with excellent customer service to deliver a first-class experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out second-line break-fix repairs and preventative maintenance across our ATM estate, including Triton, NCR and Wincor machines
  • Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues efficiently and safely
  • Deliver high levels of customer service during every site visit
  • Work closely with customers to minimise downtime and maintain service performance
  • Accurately record repairs, parts usage, and service activity
  • Complete quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards
  • Participate in ongoing technical and professional development training
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and security protocols

About You: We're looking for someone who is technically capable, customer-focused, and motivated to get things right first time.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous Field Service Engineering experience involving electro-mechanical equipment
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach to delivering excellent service
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 active penalty points
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to travel within your designated region
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
  • Resident within the South West London postcode area
  • Able to pass financial and background screening requirements

Desirable: Experience working with ATM equipment. Experience within cash handling, retail technology, self-service, vending, gaming, EPOS or similar electro-mechanical environments.
