What You’ll Do

  • Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on‑time in‑full machine provision.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
  • ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
  • A drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right the first time.
  • A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
  • A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
  • No live or spent VATs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
