The Role

As our Technical Services Administrator, you’ll be the vital link between technical operations, suppliers, and our wider business. You’ll monitor and maintain our telecommunications networks, troubleshoot issues before they escalate, and keep everything from stock systems to billing records running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Investigating and resolving network issues (proactive & reactive troubleshooting)
  • Liaising with 3rd party providers and contractors to keep services running
  • Tracking equipment and managing stock using our in-house systems
  • Reviewing and resolving 'bad actors' to improve network reliability
  • Coordinating orders and deliveries for communication solutions
  • Managing communications billing and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects and team initiatives
  • Providing outstanding customer support to both internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Minimum 5 GCSEs (A*-C)
  • Tech Skills: Confident Excel user, IT literate, basic telecoms/networking knowledge
  • Experience: Previous admin experience preferred, customer service background a plus
  • Attributes: Attention to detail, proactive problem solver, great communicator
