We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented ATM Service Engineer to join our dedicated operations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting services for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform second-line break-fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

Requirements

  • Experience Field Service Engineering background; experience on ATMs would be desirable.
  • Valid UK driver's license with no more than 6 active points at the time of hire.
  • Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
  • No live CCJs, IVAs, or bankruptcy declarations.
