What You’ll Do:

Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs, including Triton, Wincor, and NCR machines.
Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues to fit with their service requirements and enable on‑time in‑full machine provision.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers and stakeholders are treated with respect and professionalism.
Accurately document all service transactions and keep detailed records of any repairs or replacements performed.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

What You’ll Need:

Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
ATM experience is ideal but not essential.
A drive to deliver on your daily calls, and fix things right the first time.
A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
Clear, confident communication & customer service skills.
Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
No live or spent IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
