The Opportunity

As we expand our national engineering base, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who’s hands‑on, people‑savvy, and ready to tackle real‑world tech challenges across our ATM network. What You’ll Do

  • Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring on‑time, full machine provision.
  • Provide excellent customer service, treating all customers and stakeholders with respect and professionalism.
  • Accurately document all service transactions and maintain detailed records of repairs or replacements.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and development.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs and replacements meet company standards.

What You’ll Need

  • Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
  • ATM experience ideal but not essential.
  • A drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right the first time.
  • A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
  • A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Clear, confident communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
  • No live or spent, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
