As we expand our national engineering base, we’re looking for a Field Service Engineer who’s hands‑on, people‑savvy, and ready to tackle real‑world tech challenges across our ATM network. What You’ll Do
- Perform second‑line break‑fix and preventive maintenance on our range of ATMs (Triton, Wincor, NCR).
- Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring on‑time, full machine provision.
- Provide excellent customer service, treating all customers and stakeholders with respect and professionalism.
- Accurately document all service transactions and maintain detailed records of repairs or replacements.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product knowledge and industry trends through ongoing training and development.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all repairs and replacements meet company standards.
What You’ll Need
- Field Service Engineering experience with electro‑mechanical systems.
- ATM experience ideal but not essential.
- A drive to deliver on daily calls and fix things right the first time.
- A valid UK driving licence (max 6 active points).
- A methodical, problem‑solving mindset.
- Clear, confident communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel and work weekends/holidays on rotation.
- No live or spent, IVAs, or bankruptcies in the last 10 years.
