Job Description
A position has become available within the IMAC Team - Branding and Installs for a Technician to be based in Thurrock. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours over 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Install and uplift all variants of lobby ATMs in line with SOPs and weekly updated schedules.
- Prepare and stage ATMs by loading full software, refurbishing, configuring, testing, and re-branding uplifted ATMs so they are ready to redeploy.
- Attend installs and uplifts for machines and maintain/install bespoke ATM branding across the UK.
- Communicate effectively with various internal departments; provide excellent customer service as a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrate accurate record-keeping, time management, follow procedures and keep up-to-date stock records.
- Work alone when necessary and collaborate with team to complete tasks; maintain a flexible approach to work, working hours, UK travel and overnight stays to meet business needs.
- Use internal programmes for ATMs (preferred for candidates with prior knowledge).
Qualifications
- Strong electrical/mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Very good work-ethic to fit in with a hard-working team.
- Good IT skills.
- Clean driving licence.
- Ability to think on feet and be adaptable to different situations.
- Ability to work alone for long periods of time.
