Position Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic ATM Business Development Manager to join our Global ATM team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in expanding Brink’s ATM Managed Services business across Northern Europe.

Your primary focus will be identifying, developing, and closing ATM outsourcing opportunities with Financial Institutions, while also supporting Independent ATM Deployer (IAD) growth initiatives where relevant.

You will partner with local country teams and collaborate closely with global Business Development, Product, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to develop and implement new business opportunities.

This position operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, requiring strong commercial acumen, cross-cultural agility, entrepreneurial drive, and expertise in ATM managed services, outsourcing solutions, and the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Brink’s ATM Managed Services business across Northern Europe.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue ATM outsourcing opportunities with Financial Institutions.
  • Lead opportunity assessments, commercial business cases, financial modelling, and proposal development for complex outsourcing opportunities.
  • Support selected Independent ATM Deployer (IAD) initiatives where commercially appropriate.
  • Represent Brink’s ATM Managed Services value proposition to Financial Institutions, retailers, and strategic partners.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong partnerships with country leaders, local management teams, and regional/global AMS teams.
  • Coordinate with Product and Legal teams to tailor and approve ATM Managed Services solutions for local market requirements.
  • Partner with Operational teams to implement replenishment, incident handling, reconciliation, IMAC, and other managed service processes.
  • Engage directly with Financial Institutions, prospective customers, and strategic partners to present Brink’s solutions and successfully negotiate and close commercial agreements.
  • Performance Metrics & Accountability
  • Deliver against assigned revenue, pipeline, and business development objectives.
  • Drive profitable ATM outsourcing agreements and expand Brink’s ATM Managed Services portfolio across the assigned markets.
  • Support IAD business growth where appropriate.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, long‑term partnerships, and client retention.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Adapt global ATM Managed Services solutions to local market requirements and customer needs.
  • Monitor developments in ATM outsourcing, Financial Institutions, payment ecosystems, and competitor activities to strengthen Brink’s market position.
  • Continuously improve commercial processes, sales effectiveness, and business development strategies throughout complex sales cycles.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience within the ATM, banking, cash management, payments, or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience developing and closing ATM outsourcing, managed services, or other complex commercial agreements with Financial Institutions.
  • Experience with Independent ATM Deployer (IAD) business is considered an advantage.
  • Experience collaborating with both sales and cross‑functional teams to implement new business initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with perseverance, resilience, and a strong commercial drive.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. com is preferred.
  • Additional Requirements
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Europe.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate effectively across different cultures and business environments.
