Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking HR leader to serve as the HR Transformation Director for Europe and Rest of World (RoW). This role will lead and support key initiatives that strengthen our HR capabilities and ensure consistent delivery of global priorities across the region. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, experience working across HR functions, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Support with the implementation of transformation initiatives, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to manage changes and other related matters. Partner with HR Centres of Excellence to design and implement global processes that build capability, enhance team effectiveness, and enable strategic talent outcomes. Provide thought leadership on organization design and the activation of new ways of working, including governance, capability, and metrics.
- Project Implementation & Support: Lead or support the implementation of transformation projects across various regions. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful execution. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and coordinate issue resolution across teams. Provide regular updates to key stakeholders to review project progress, resolve issues and make key decisions.
- Regional Deployment and Engagement: Facilitate working sessions and meetings with HR and business leaders to align on future needs, solution design, and implementation plans. Lead and support the creation of workshops and materials to establish Brink’s current and desired states. Coordinate with regional teams to facilitate the rollout of new processes and systems. Create and provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of changes. Capture feedback from regional teams and share learnings to inform future enhancements. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of solutions to drive business efficiency. Conduct assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and recommend adjustments. Activate talent, skills, mindsets and behaviours needed through comprehensive training and new ways of working, governance and metrics. Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the transformation team.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a senior HR business partner supporting executive leadership.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, heavily matrixed, and diverse environment.
- Experience with Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Practical Process Improvement).
- Strong business acumen with ability to understand sophisticated matrixes, environments.
- Ability to advise on organizational design and improved business operations through effective organizational structure.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, including strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge for analysis and presentation of data.
- Good knowledge of employment law regulations, principles, programs, trends and standard processes.
- Strong project management and presentation skills.
- Effective consultation skills with the ability to influence leaders.
- Skilled in developing and demonstrating professional relationships with leadership, subordinates, and peers.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or related field required, advanced degree preferred. Previous HR business partner experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 10+ years’ experience).
Additional Information: Preferred location: UK. Travel may be required depending on business needs (less than 25%).
