BIT Technician in Glasgow

Position within the IMAC Team – Branding and Installs for a Technician based in Glasgow. Permanent full‑time role working 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

• Install and uplift all variants of lobby ATMs in line with SOPs and weekly updated schedules.
• Prepare and stage ATMs: load full software, refurbish, configure, test and re‑brand uplifted ATMs for redeployment.
• Maintain and install bespoke ATM branding across the UK.
• Communicate effectively with various internal departments as a customer‑facing role.
• Maintain accurate record‑keeping, time management and up‑to‑date stock records.
• Work independently and as part of a team; adapt to changing tasks.
• Travel across the UK and stay overnight as required.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate

• Strong electrical / mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Very good work ethic with a hard‑working team.
• Good IT skills.
• Clean driving licence.
• Ability to think on their feet and adapt to different situations.
• Can work alone for long periods of time.

Requirements for prior ATM knowledge preferred.
