The Role
We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to support the company’s legal and commercial operations. This is a great opportunity for an early‑career lawyer who wants to gain hands‑on experience working closely with a growing technology company. You will support contract management, compliance processes and day‑to‑day legal matters across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts
- Prepare and manage NDAs, service agreements and partnership agreements
- Support the sales team with contract documentation
- Assist with legal research and regulatory compliance
- Maintain internal legal documentation and contract records
- Support legal aspects of international business activities
- Work with senior legal advisors and external law firms when needed
Requirements
- Law degree (UK or international)
- 0–2 years of experience in legal roles (law firm or in‑house)
