Bringg is the infrastructure behind delivery operations for some of the world's largest retailers. Every day, millions of real-time transactions run through this platform. When it works, deliveries land on time. When it doesn't, customers feel it fast - and so do we.

As a Product Manager, you are the backbone of this high-scale environment, owning the critical modules that ensure our global logistics engine remains resilient, intelligent, and scalable.

What You'll Do

  • The module you own becomes a product customers can rely on. You'll define strategy, translate it into clear requirements, and hold the thread from discovery through delivery.
  • Stakeholders stop guessing what's coming. You'll partner with engineering, CS, sales, and design to create alignment and ensure that every feature built solves a real-world problem.
  • The roadmap reflects reality, not ambition. You'll maintain and prioritize the sprint backlog with honest tradeoffs, balancing what customers need against what the system can do.
  • AI is the new baseline. You'll evolve the platform by harnessing ML to optimize delivery flows, working in the trenches with our AI Engineering leaders and Data Developers to turn raw transactions into the automated intelligence that defines the future of logistics.
  • Product decisions are made with confidence, not just data. You'll lead discovery deep enough to actually understand users - not just aggregate their requests.

What It's Actually Like

This product is genuinely complex. You'll inherit context that isn't fully documented, work across stakeholders with competing priorities, and make calls with imperfect information. Engineering, CS, and sales will look to you to hold the direction when things get messy. If you're the kind of PM who does their best work when they're closest to the problem and trusted to solve it - this is exactly it.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years as a PM in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience owning technical product areas.
  • You go deep with customers and come back with a point of view, not just a list.
  • You can hold a credible conversation with engineers about architecture, data models, and tradeoffs.
  • You make clear decisions in ambiguous conditions, and know when to move and when to wait.
  • You possess genuine cross-functional communication skills, moving seamlessly from technical engineering requirements to customer value framing.
  • You work effectively across time zones (our teams span the US, EE, and IL).

Good to have

  • Experience in last-mile logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations.
  • Familiarity with data architecture or platform-layer product work.
  • Prior experience working in distributed, multi-region teams.

Why Bringg

At Bringg, your work runs infrastructure that the world's largest retailers depend on. The product is complex, the customers are demanding, and the stakes are real. The people here are self-directed, curious, and show up when it matters. You won't get a full map - but you won't be alone figuring it out.

Worth Showing Up For.
