Responsibilities
- Develop and lead UA strategies across multiple marketing channels to grow our player base profitably.
- Hands-on marketing operations, including campaign management and optimization.
- Oversee all aspects of performance marketing, including paid media, social media, influencer collaborations, content creation and organic growth tactics.
- Identify market trends and innovative strategies to create growth opportunities and push the boundaries of real-money skill gaming.
- Develop and leverage relationships with key industry stakeholders, agencies, and affiliates.
- Lead our marketing team through inspiring motivation and development, not authority.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading marketing teams, of which 6+ in MOBILE GAMES - a must!
- Accountability and ownership of results - acting like a trustable senior leader.
- Strong analytical skills with data-backed decision process.
- Deep understanding of marketing technology, having previously led projects with marketing BI.
- Strong relationships with top marketing channels: Applovin, Facebook, Google, DSPs, etc.
- Experience in allocating large monthly marketing budgets of $mm, across differently performing platforms.
- Knowledge of gaming or real-money gaming – big advantage.
- Excellent English – both written and verbal.
- Hands-on, ambitious, and results-driven – thrives in a flat, fast-moving, no-BS environment.
