Brindley Group are looking to recruit a Parts Advisor to be based at our multi‑franchise Wolverhampton site on Penn Road, Wolverhampton. The role supports both retail and workshop operations by ensuring the efficient supply, control and management of vehicle parts and accessories while delivering excellent customer service at every stage.
Key Responsibilities
- Control the secure issue of parts and accessories to customers and technicians
- Ensure accurate recording of issued stock and parts transactions
- Handle customer enquiries swiftly, courteously and professionally
- Liaise with workshop technicians to provide effective parts support
- Maintain stock accuracy and report any damaged items
- Ensure the parts storage area remains organised, safe and tidy
- Assist with goods‑in processes and stock management
- Follow manufacturer and dealership procedures at all times
About You
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or a similar role is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanical repair and components
- Capacity to work efficiently within a busy dealership environment
- Strong ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
- Motivated, reliable and team‑focused attitude
- Full UK driving licence required
