Job Description

The Brindley Group are currently looking for a Parts Supervisor to join the team at our dual franchise site, situated on Stafford Street in Wolverhampton.

We require a highly detail orientated individual, with experience in managing relationships with customers and colleagues. The Parts Supervisor will liaise with both customers and workshop technicians to deliver effective solutions and advice. This role is ideal for those with good communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound technical knowledge to ensure customers receive the highest quality service and advice. Previous experience is preferred but not essential as all training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Due to the nature of the work, the candidate must also hold a clean, full UK driving license.

About the role

• Control the secure issue of stores to customers and ensure the accurate recording of issued items
• Handle customers enquiries swiftly, courteously and efficiently
• Ensure the parts storage area is kept orderly, tidy and safe to work in
• Maintain stock, ensuring that quantities match and damages are recorded accurately
• Following a manufacturers inspection check sheet

About you

• Experience in this role or similar would be highly advantageous
• The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers
• You must have a basic understanding of mechanical repair and have an excellent eye for detail
• You will be able to work efficiently whilst giving sound technical advice to customers
• Have a strong ability to manage own workload
