The Brindley Group are currently looking to recruit a Collection & Delivery Driver to join the team at our service centre based on Delta Way, Cannock.

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the Midlands’ largest privately-owned motor retailer groups and become part of a busy and customer-focused aftersales operation.

We are looking for an organised, punctual and customer-focused individual who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service while representing the Brindley Group professionally at all times.

The Role

As a Collection & Delivery Driver, you will play an important role within the aftersales department, ensuring customer vehicles are collected and returned safely, efficiently and professionally.

You will be responsible for transporting customer vehicles for servicing, MOTs and repairs while maintaining excellent communication with both customers and colleagues throughout the process.

This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to an individual who enjoys working independently, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and delivering customer vehicles for service, MOT and repair appointments
  • Collecting vehicles from our PDI centre
  • Assisting with vehicle collections and deliveries for the sales department where required
  • Supporting the day-to-day operation of the department
  • Collecting parts and assisting with additional dealership duties when necessary
  • Ensuring all vehicles are handled with care and returned in a clean and presentable condition
  • Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and colleagues
  • Completing vehicle handover and collection paperwork where required

About You

  • A full, clean UK driving licence is essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and proactive approach to daily tasks
  • Reliable, punctual and well-presented
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • 40 hours per week
