Brindle & Green are a medium sized multidisciplinary environmental consultancy with their Head Office based in the countryside near Radbourne, Derbyshire. We are currently seeking a proficient administration assistant to help in the day-to-day management of the company’s business activities and control a small fleet of vehicles.
The role will include:
- Arranging services and repairs for our Company vehicles
- Dealing with queries over the phone and by email
- Booking rooms for internal and external meetings
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Compiling folders in advance of site visits
- Production of risk assessments
- Ordering company supplies as requested and approved
- Ordering of workwear/ PPE
- Printing and photocopying documents
You will need to have good IT skills and a sound knowledge of Microsoft packages. Have good time management. Be a team player. A full UK driving licence (including ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles) is required. Previous work in an office/admin environment is essential.

Hours: 8.00- 4.30pm, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Job Type: Full-time/Office based. Pay: £27,000 per annum.
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred). Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred), Administrative experience: 2 years (required).
