The Role:

We are seeking an engaging, proactive and organised bilingual Personal Assistant (Spanish & English) to support our International Sales Director/MD Brindisa International. This is a varied role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working across administration, communication, and coordination. You’ll manage complex schedules, handle confidential communications, and create high-level documents in both Spanish and English. With a good understanding of Spanish business law, you’ll coordinate global projects, liaise across international teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a dynamic, culture-driven food company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the International Sales Director/MD Brindisa International.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across time zones.
  • Draft, proofread, and translate documents and correspondence in Spanish and English.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, agendas, meeting briefs, and data analysis.
  • Provide legal and business support related to Spanish business law.
  • Screen communications and key point of contact for the Global Sales Director.
  • Liaise with vendors and teams across UK and international operations.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion.
  • Build strong cross-departmental relationships to ensure seamless administrative support.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the Director, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up.

A Little about you:

  • You have a depth of experience supporting Board level executives as a PA or EA.
  • You are educated to degree level or show demonstrable experience in a similar role.
  • You have worked as a bilingual PA, are a fluent in Spanish and ideally have knowledge of Spanish laws and business operations. Experience in a wholesale business will also be of benefit but not essential.
  • You demonstrate strong administration and organisational skill, are proactive, adaptable, and an expert in multitasking across conflicting demands.
  • You have excellent English/Spanish Language communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation.
  • Are able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the accomplishment of work objectives and exhibit an engaging warm and intellectual and professional workstyle that supports the attainment of respect and credibility by others.
  • You have a personal commitment to organisational excellence; displaying honesty, integrity and a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality.
  • Are used to working in fast-paced, ever-changing business landscapes whilst managing multiple priorities unsupervised.
  • A genuine interest in Spanish culture and a love of Spanish artisanal ingredients is a must!
