Role Description
We are looking for a commercially focused Senior Commercial Marketing Executive to join our team and act as the link between Marketing and our B2B Commercial teams. You will turn marketing plans, product launches and promotional activity into effective commercial activity across our B2B channels, supporting Account Managers with the campaigns, tools and customer opportunities they need to drive growth. The role would suit someone who combines strong marketing and project coordination skills with a genuine commercial and customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate B2B marketing campaigns, activations and the commercial marketing calendar.
- Support new product launches across foodservice, speciality retail, wholesale and other B2B channels.
- Develop campaign briefs, sales materials, presentations and customer activation tools.
- Provide Account Managers with relevant campaign information, target customer lists and sales support.
- Coordinate activity across Marketing, Sales, Procurement, Innovation and Operations.
- Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement and commercial results.
- Gather customer and market insight to support future marketing and commercial planning.
- Ensure campaigns and launches are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in marketing, trade marketing, commercial marketing or B2B marketing.
- Strong project management, organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- A commercially aware, proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Experience in food, drink, FMCG, retail, hospitality or foodservice would be advantageous.
