Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join our team at Brindisa Tapas. To be considered for the role, youβll have two years of experience working as Sous Chef or Head Chef for a high-end casual or fine dining restaurant. You will be working alongside a great team and serving amazing tapas created from the best Spanish produce.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes to a high standard in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
- Lead kitchen operations ensuring quality, consistency, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source authentic Spanish produce.
- Support the Head Chef in menu planning and food development.
