We are now looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor to play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences across our restaurants. You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit and leaving a lasting impression.
About The Role
As Reception Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day reception and reservations operations across Battersea, South Kensington, and Richmond, supporting the Reception Manager and working closely with each restaurant’s management team. You’ll lead by example on the front door, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and well looked after — from the moment they book to the moment they leave. You’ll set the standard for the rest of the team and make sure these standards are followed at all times. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role, perfect for someone ready to step up into a supervisory position within a busy, quality-driven hospitality environment.
About You
- Previous experience as a Head Host, Maître d’ or similar senior reception role
- At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment
- Confident, organised and calm under pressure
- Passionate about hospitality and exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using reservation systems (SevenRooms experience highly desirable)
